Our session starts with a conversation where we can discuss anything that’s important for you to share. I’ll ask about any pain or injuries you might have and parts of your body you would like me to focus on or avoid.

Although the main goal of massage is to release tension from the muscles, it is often an emotionally cathartic experience.

I create a space which allows your body to do what it needs to do, whether that’s sleep, sigh, yawn, cry, talk or anything in between.

Although my specialty is deep tissue massage, I work intentionally and at a pace that is calming to your nervous system. I play gentle, ambient music during the session, and welcome requests for different music, or silence instead.

I use organic jojoba oil, sometimes blended with essential oils.

Cancellation Policy

I know that life can be unpredictable, but it’s important to respect each other’s time. I ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. For appointments cancelled less than 12 hours before the appointment I ask for 50% of the session price, and for no-shows the full amount. Thank you for understanding!
